What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Estimator who can produce robust, well‑substantiated cost estimates for all construction phases—from groundworks to final completion—with a primary focus on mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, working closely with Project Managers and the broader project team. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Glasgow City Centre office, and candidates must hold or be able to obtain SC clearance, subject to UK residency and nationality restrictions. • Demonstrate a strong background in construction M&E estimating with keen analytical attention to detail. • Communicate effectively and deliver clear presentations and reports. • Exhibit a proactive, self‑motivated work style. • Utilize advanced Excel and IT skills for cost modelling. • Secure SC clearance and meet UK residency/nationality eligibility requirements.
