About the Role

The Concierge leads the front‑desk team, setting new standards for luxury apartment living. Responsibilities include welcoming prospects and residents, monitoring foot traffic, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move‑in, move‑out, and daily experiences. • Tackle new problems and see them through to completion, demonstrating care and attention for residents. • Remain patient and poised under pressure, delivering excellent service to residents, vendors, and prospects. • Keep organized records of phone messages, packages, and maintenance requests, escalating as needed.

What You Bring
