About the Role

The Maintenance Surveyor role is based in North London and reports to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager. You will be responsible for pre‑ and post‑inspection surveys, reporting on responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, and engaging with customers, lease‑holders and other stakeholders. The position also involves planning and coordinating repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspection surveys for responsive, void, and cyclical repairs and produce detailed reports. • Consult and engage with customers, lease‑holders, and internal/external stakeholders throughout the repair process. • Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality targets. • Identify building defects and risks through technical surveys and recommend corrective actions. • Perform major void inspections, monitor KPI compliance, and advise on survey findings.

What You Bring

• Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance and be a member of RICS or CIOB. • Be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales, and travel across the region as required. • Pass a basic criminal record check and meet other pre‑employment requirements.

Benefits

The role offers a permanent contract of 36 hours per week with a salary ranging from £36,468 to £50,145 per annum.
