About the Role
The Sr. Services Manager – Services Project Management drives complex service projects to successful, customer‑focused outcomes, transforming customer needs into delivered results through expert project leadership. The Sr. Services Manager is accountable for planning, coordinating and executing production or services projects that fulfill customer orders within financial and commercial parameters while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent interaction with multiple functions and the development of the annual plan for the larger unit. Key duties include supervising the scope, schedule, contract, cost and quality aspects of service projects, applying project methodologies and standards, and presenting product strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leadership. The manager also handles complex medium‑term projects, custom client solutions, important business‑unit clients, and manages several projects in parallel. • Supervise and execute service projects, managing scope, schedule, contract, cost and quality. • Apply project methodologies and standards to meet financial and commercial targets. • Present product strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leadership. • Lead complex medium‑term projects and customize solutions for important business‑unit clients. • Manage multiple projects concurrently across internal and client stakeholders.

What You Bring
Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least five years of experience in services project management. They demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities, analytical problem‑solving, and proven capability to lead, document, plan, market and execute programs with established project‑management skills. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. • Minimum five years of experience in services project management. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proven interpersonal and leadership capabilities. • Ability to analyze problems, lead programs/projects and document, plan, market and execute initiatives. • Established project‑management expertise.
