About the Role

The Field Recruiter role is responsible for end‑to‑end, high‑volume hiring for Renuity’s field operations. This position works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand staffing needs, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure quality hires that drive growth. Accountability includes meeting timelines, maintaining data integrity, and supporting hiring events and community outreach. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to define role requirements and hiring priorities. • Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Manage and nurture candidate pipelines to ensure steady talent flow. • Collect interview feedback and guide hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the process. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems. • Identify and implement process efficiencies and stay current on recruiting best practices. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. • 1–3 years of talent acquisition or high‑volume recruiting experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to professionalism. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP) required.
