About the Role

In this role you will receive service calls from the Service Resource Center describing equipment or system malfunctions, contact the customer representative to clarify problems, and perform service and repairs on commercial and industrial sprinkler systems, including wet (steel, copper, CPVC), dry, pre‑action, deluge and fire pump systems. You will follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures, consult technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins to diagnose and repair equipment, and read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software, schematics and operational product manuals. Strong customer service, organization, a positive attitude and quick learning ability are essential, and you must be capable of working independently. • Receive and triage service calls from the Service Resource Center • Contact customer representatives to clarify equipment issues • Perform service and repairs on commercial/industrial sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, fire pumps) • Follow troubleshooting procedures using technical manuals and bulletins • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and product manuals • Provide high‑level customer service with strong organizational skills • Work independently on assigned tasks • Maintain truck inventory for timely responses • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times

What You Bring

We require at least four years of documented fire‑sprinkler service and repair experience, any licenses required by national, state and local codes, and the ability to maintain truck inventory for timely responses. Candidates must adhere to safety guidelines, possess a valid driver’s license meeting company standards, follow verbal and written instructions, and be able to perform physical labor—including lifting up to 70 lb and working in heights, ladders, scaffolding or confined spaces. A NICET Level II certification is a plus. • Minimum 4 years fire‑sprinkler service and repair experience • Hold required licenses per national, state and local codes • Possess a valid driver’s license meeting company standards • Perform physical labor, lift up to 70 lb, work at heights up to 60 ft and in confined spaces • NICET Level II certification (preferred)
