About the Role
The Project Manager will initiate, plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful completion and meet stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities include developing proposals, negotiating contract scopes and fees, preparing and managing contracts, overseeing project setup, and leading kick‑off meetings. Additional duties involve coordinating internal resources and external subconsultants, ensuring quality management, managing risks, maintaining schedules, costs, and performance metrics, handling scope changes and change orders, and preparing reports, invoices, forecasts, and profitability analyses. These tasks ensure projects stay on track and deliver value to clients and the organization.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.S. or equivalent in Engineering or Management, have 6‑10 years of project management experience in the power delivery sector, and possess strong oral and written communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and project‑management tools is required; PMP certification is preferred. All candidates must pass a criminal background check; applicants in California are covered by local fair‑chance ordinances. Core business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000, dependent on experience and location.
