About the Role
As the BIM Manager, you will act as the custodian of BIM models and systems across Ventia projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with project requirements. • Develop, maintain, and govern BIM models and associated systems. • Coordinate collection and integration of project data to meet delivery requirements. • Create and uphold a BIM Management Plan according to the NatSpec BIM Guide. • Support development of 3D hardware and software models across disciplines. • Produce 3D CAD models using Revit. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site teams to interpret requirements accurately. • Identify alternative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce cost, or enhance performance.

What You Bring
The role requires a structured, driven BIM professional who works collaboratively and maintains a strong focus on detail and continuous improvement. • Hold a tertiary qualification in BIM Management. • Have prior experience as a BIM Manager, preferably in a similar industry. • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide design and field teams. • Possess confident communication skills and a professional approach with clients and stakeholders. • Exhibit a goal‑focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
