About the Role

Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders or collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior curb appeal • Provide excellent customer service in a sales‑focused environment

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around the facility, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris are also part of the job. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations.
