About the Role
Key aspects of the position include adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate documentation of work performed, and liaising professionally with clients, building managers, and help‑desk teams to minimise disruption to operations. • Perform planned preventive maintenance and respond to reactive maintenance calls across multiple buildings. • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and general building services faults. • Complete compliance checks, record findings, and maintain accurate documentation. • Provide prompt response to call‑outs to minimise client disruption. • Assist with basic building fabric tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC checks. • Ensure all work follows health & safety regulations and company procedures. • Communicate professionally with clients, building managers, and help‑desk teams. • Carry out small remedial works and minor installations. • Maintain a good understanding of health & safety and safe working practices.

What You Bring
The Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer will be based at The Crown Estate on Regent Street in London, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services across several commercial sites. The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a solid understanding of building services, with the ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment. • Hold a Level 3 qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC, plant rooms, pumps, lighting, AHUs, and FCUs. • Experience in commercial facilities or multi‑site environments. • Work independently and manage workload efficiently. • Exhibit excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service skills. • Desirable: 18th Edition certification for electrical focus. • Desirable: F‑Gas certification for mechanical focus. • Desirable: Experience operating a foot‑mobile in central London or similar settings.
