About the Role

You will lead the technical implementation of SAP Document Reporting Compliance (DRC) for electronic invoicing and statutory reporting across European countries on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, translating legal and regulatory requirements into scalable configurations and architecture while ensuring high‑performance, secure, and compliant document transmission. The role involves configuring and extending SAP DRC using Integration Suite, SAP Business Technology Platform, Application Interface Framework and other middleware, collaborating with SAP Global and internal solution architects to align with Schneider’s global SAP templates and cloud design principles, and partnering with business and functional teams to assess local compliance needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. You will support the full DRC rollout lifecycle—including blueprinting, prototyping, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care—monitor document flows and system logs, troubleshoot issues, implement performance improvements and bug fixes, and maintain documentation of configurations, interfaces and exception handling in line with IT compliance policies. • Lead SAP DRC implementation for e‑invoicing and statutory reporting across Europe on S/4HANA Public Cloud. • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable technical configurations and architecture. • Configure SAP DRC using Integration Suite, BTP, AIF and related middleware. • Collaborate with global and internal architects to align with Schneider’s SAP templates and cloud design principles. • Partner with business and functional teams to assess local compliance needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Manage end‑to‑end DRC rollout: blueprint, prototype, SIT/UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care. • Monitor document flows, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements and bug fixes. • Maintain documentation of configurations, interfaces, and exception handling per IT compliance policies. • Engage with SAP Product Support and external partners for issue resolution and roadmap alignment.

What You Bring

The position requires a strong SAP DRC expert with at least three years of hands‑on DRC configuration experience (six years total SAP experience), deep knowledge of S/4HANA Public Cloud, Integration Suite/CPI, BTP, data mapping, XML/UBL, API management, and familiarity with European e‑invoicing frameworks such as SdI, Chorus Pro and KSeF, as well as a BTech degree. • Require ≥3 years SAP DRC configuration experience and ≥6 years overall SAP experience. • Expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud, Integration Suite/CPI, BTP, data mapping, XML/UBL, and API management. • Familiarity with European e‑invoicing regulations (SdI, Chorus Pro, KSeF) and digital signatures. • Bachelor’s degree in technology (BTech) or equivalent.
