Specialist, Corporate Security - Contract Security Guard Operations

About the Role

The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing security contract guard activity at all Company locations with contract guards. The role involves verifying that contract guard agencies adhere to contract terms, that guards follow their post orders, and that they comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures. The Specialist investigates guard deficiencies, monitors performance, and collaborates with facility managers and Corporate Security Investigators to ensure proper security measures for protecting Company facilities, personnel, and equipment. They also prepare COS reports and Actionlines as appropriate. • Review security contract guard activity at all company locations. • Verify contract guard agencies comply with contract terms, post orders, and company policies. • Investigate guard deficiencies and monitor performance. • Coordinate with facility managers and Corporate Security Investigators to ensure proper security measures. • Prepare COS reports and Actionlines as required.
