About the Role
• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for efficient operation. • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating, cooling, and chill water units. • Install, replace, and adjust equipment including thermostatic controls, liquid lines, and metal ductwork. • Service refrigeration units such as refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps. • Ensure compliance with city, state, and EPA regulations and maintain detailed maintenance records. • Identify hazards, mitigate risks, and uphold safety standards on job sites. • Collaborate with management to support operational and safety protocols. • Provide steel‑toed boots, FR‑rated uniform, HVAC gloves, hard hat, face shield, safety goggles, fall protection, respirators, and earplugs.
