About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager you will be accountable for end-to-end project execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, scope control, and team leadership while ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the project team to achieve technical, safety, quality and financial goals, oversee planning, monitor cost control and HSE compliance, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role also includes managing contract amendments, variation orders and claims in collaboration with contracts, supply chain and legal functions, and driving risk mitigation and lessons‑learned sharing. • Lead project teams to meet technical, safety, quality, and financial targets. • Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and risk planning for global projects. • Monitor implementation to ensure cost control, resource efficiency, and HSE compliance. • Manage stakeholder and customer relationships, including contract amendments and claims. • Drive risk identification, mitigation, and knowledge-sharing through lessons learned. • Ensure adherence to contract requirements and internal standards.
