Houseperson On Call

About the Role

In this role you will respond to guest requests, report preventative or other maintenance issues, replace linens, towels and supplies, and transport clean and dirty linen between operations and the buildings. You will keep work carts and stations organized, ensure compliance with all federal, state, local laws and OSHA standards, and perform thorough cleaning of guest corridors, landings, stairwells, and assigned units. Additionally, you will assist management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies. • Attend to guest requests promptly. • Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms. • Remove, replace, and replenish linens, towels, and supplies. • Transport clean and dirty laundry between operations and buildings. • Maintain work carts and stations for appearance and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and OSHA regulations. • Clean corridors, landings, stairwells, vacuum, and perform carpet and heavy cleaning of assigned units and public areas. • Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory. • Work full 8‑hour shifts standing/walking, with reasonable accommodations as needed.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with previous hotel housekeeping experience, basic English communication skills, and open, flexible availability that includes weekends and holidays. Applicants must be able to work a full eight‑hour shift standing or walking, with reasonable accommodation if needed.
