About the Role
You will work with two of the UK’s iconic non-food brands – Andrex® and Kleenex® – to shape shopper engagement and drive conversion at the point of purchase. Retail media is reshaping the category, and you will lead the way in using this channel to accelerate growth. The position requires strategic activation across sales, category and marketing teams, delivering aligned brand messages to all customer touchpoints. You will partner with a select group of retailers to design tailored shopper plans, manage new product launches, track activation ROI and shopper conversion, and optimise campaigns across estate, convenience and online sub‑channels. • Lead strategic brand activation with sales, category, and marketing teams. • Design and execute retailer‑specific shopper plans within budget. • Ensure seamless new product launches across priority accounts. • Track activation ROI, shopper conversion and customer engagement, and provide optimisation insights. • Deliver omnichannel campaigns across estate, convenience and online channels.
