About the Role

The Senior Field Recruiter is responsible for overseeing all recruitment processes, compliance, technology, and community resources to quickly source qualified candidates for open positions in the field. The role requires leveraging high‑volume recruitment processes, collaborating with operations to develop and execute workforce plans, employing creative sourcing tactics—including college, diversity, and military channels—and maintaining the applicant tracking system to generate weekly reports and address client concerns. • Recruit field personnel promptly according to operational needs • Follow approved high‑volume recruitment process to improve time‑to‑fill and conversion efficiency • Identify and screen an adequate number of qualified candidates • Collaborate with Operations to develop and execute a robust workforce plan • Apply creative sourcing tactics weekly, including college, diversity, military, and targeted recruiting • Establish and maintain community sources that consistently provide hires • Optimize use of the ATS, including adjustments, implementation, training, and maintenance for consistency • Generate weekly recruitment reports from ATS to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts • Address and resolve client concerns within appropriate timeframes • Guide hiring managers with operational leadership to ensure prompt and appropriate involvement • Educate and influence stakeholders using data analytics

What You Bring
