About the Role

• Plan and implement material, equipment, and inspection schedules to support project timelines. • Review construction documents for completeness, constructability, and contract compliance; coordinate with design engineers. • Develop and manage project schedules, site logistics, and tool/equipment utilization; collaborate with partner superintendents. • Coach, supervise, and develop team members; conduct orientations, planning sessions, site meetings; handle hiring, transfers, and dismissals. • Ensure accurate task coding, track work progress, provide training, and hold career‑development discussions. • Build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and lead by example through coaching and performance management. • Oversee safety, quality, risk, and compliance; identify and mitigate adverse conditions and pursue process improvements.

What You Bring

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to manage multiple complex projects from development through closeout, and strong communication, safety, and quality leadership. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. • Minimum qualifications: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in construction‑related field or 10 years trade experience; 5+ years (Superintendent I) or 8+ years (Superintendent II) construction management experience. • Possess a current driver’s license, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and strong customer service, communication, and active listening abilities. • Understand basic construction law, business practices, and equal employment opportunity policies.
