About the Role
The Account Director – Facility Management will serve a banking client, acting as the primary contact and building strong C‑level relationships while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. The role oversees both hard and soft facility services, drives space optimization, and leads energy and sustainability initiatives. JLL utilizes artificial intelligence to match candidate profiles with role requirements and upholds strict privacy standards, processing personal information solely for recruitment purposes and protecting it with appropriate security measures. • Maintain and grow C‑level client relationships; conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions. • Oversee end‑to‑end facility management services, including HVAC, electrical, cleaning, security, catering, and landscaping. • Monitor SLAs and KPIs, lead incident resolution, and manage crisis situations. • Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion and contract growth; prepare proposals and collaborate with sales teams. • Manage P&L for assigned accounts, develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and optimize cost efficiencies. • Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations, security requirements, and implement risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate vendor management, due diligence, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

What You Bring
Based in Mumbai, this full‑time position requires 48 weekly hours on‑site and offers the opportunity to influence service expansion, manage P&L, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement, as JLL values diverse experience. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; 5–8 years facility or account management experience. • 3+ years experience serving financial services or banking clients preferred. • Strong knowledge of integrated facility management services and banking regulatory environment. • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven financial analysis, business acumen, and problem‑solving capabilities. • Project management, team leadership, and vendor management expertise. • Preferred: MBA or certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP; experience with workplace transformation, sustainability, and ESG initiatives.
