About the Role

The Senior Project Lead – MEP (Data Center) role focuses on leading projects to success. You will guide teams through every project phase, establishing effective organisational structures for reporting, communication and procedures, and ensuring clear objectives and quality‑control systems. Responsibilities include attending project meetings, submitting monthly reports, monitoring budgets and developing expertise in JLL’s in‑house technology such as Project Home Page, Prolog and Atlas. Client focus is paramount; you will maintain strong, positive relationships by identifying client needs, requirements and constraints while managing project revenue and payment cycles. The role also involves spotting business opportunities, building rapport with prospects and developing relationships across other JLL business lines. Upholding JLL’s legacy of excellence, you will create a network of professional consultants to deliver project scope, administer vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, and protect commercial interests. You will identify and mitigate project risks and regularly produce project‑related reports, analyses and reviews. • Lead MEP data center projects from planning to completion, establishing structure, communication, and quality controls. • Oversee project teams, conduct meetings, produce monthly reports, and monitor project budgets. • Develop proficiency with JLL’s in‑house tools (Project Home Page, Prolog, Atlas). • Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage revenue and payment cycles, and identify new business opportunities. • Administer vendor contracts in compliance with legal requirements and protect commercial interests. • Identify and mitigate project risks; produce regular project reports and analyses.

What You Bring

To be considered you should hold a degree in a property‑related discipline and have 10–12 years of experience in design, construction or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Prolog, along with a deep understanding of the legal environment for planning, commercial aspects and delivery, is required. Superior communication skills are essential; you must handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives and decision makers, while building team relationships and engaging stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. • Hold a property‑related degree with 10–12 years of design, construction, or project management experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Prolog; knowledgeable of planning, commercial, and delivery legal aspects. • Demonstrate superior communication skills for interacting with senior executives and stakeholders.
