Cleaner, Part Time 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to perform a variety of custodial duties for Cushman & Wakefield Services (C&W Services). All tasks are performed in accordance with the established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services. The role involves maintaining cleanliness across interior building spaces, including floors, furniture, fixtures, and restrooms, while ensuring safety and a pleasant environment for occupants. Flexibility is required to address routine cleaning as well as periodic projects such as high‑dusting or polishing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using manual methods and commercial floor buffers or shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean daily and shampoo as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces; perform periodic high‑dusting. • Wash interior window sills, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows. • Clean and restock restrooms, including wiping glass surfaces, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, cleaning tile walls and floors, and reporting defects. • Collect building trash daily, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers for removal. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances, walkways, and sidewalks as needed. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood surface polishing, wall washing, and other assigned duties. • Use a portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as part of a custodial team. • Maintain attention to detail, organization, and high energy throughout the shift.

Benefits
