Job Highlights
About the Role
• Own monthly consolidated forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting for cloud, data center, network, PC/hardware, and IT support cost pools. • Provide Cloud FinOps support by analyzing cloud billing, building driver‑based forecasting models, and managing forecast submissions and reconciliations. • Track SaaS and enterprise AI consumption and costs, recommending licensing, governance, and optimization strategies. • Manage hardware lifecycle economics and support operating spend analysis for infrastructure investments. • Partner with engineering, IT operations, procurement, vendor managers, and business unit owners to align budgets, explain variances, and drive actionable decisions. • Lead chargeback/cost allocation, GL reconciliations, month‑end accounting support, accruals, and basic capital accounting. • Maintain and improve financial processes and automation using Excel, Adaptive Planning, and enterprise AI tools; develop robust models and dashboards. • Serve as finance lead on vendor and contract reviews, validating invoices, identifying billing issues, and quantifying supplier savings opportunities. • Drive ad‑hoc analyses and cross‑functional cost‑optimization initiatives across cloud, SaaS, hardware, and AI, communicating findings to senior leadership.

What You Bring
Autodesk is seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated finance professional with strong analytical skills to manage spend forecasts for corporate functions and support FP&A‑G&A FBPs. The role reports directly to the Senior Finance Analyst and focuses on monthly reporting, consolidated data analysis, and providing ad‑hoc insights to senior stakeholders. • Minimum qualifications: BA in Finance/Economics (advanced degree or CPA preferred), 5+ years in finance supporting technology/IT, strong accounting knowledge, Cloud FinOps experience, advanced Excel and Adaptive Planning skills, plus experience with Power BI/Tableau or SQL. • Preferred qualifications: customer focus, accountability, courage to challenge assumptions, collaborative mindset, and results orientation with a track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
