What You Bring
AvalonBay Communities is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily operations of the leasing team at a Burbank apartment community. The role involves customizing tours, recommending floor plans, and highlighting neighborhood amenities to help prospects find their ideal home. Saturday availability is required to accommodate high‑traffic weekend showings, and the consultant will actively follow up on leads to ensure prospective residents feel valued. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; 1–2 years leasing or customer‑service experience preferred. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient with property‑management software and Microsoft Office. • Knowledgeable of fair‑housing laws and regulations. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
