About the Role
We are hiring a Project Controls Manager – Reporting to lead enterprise‑level program controls reporting and dashboard delivery for a major capital infrastructure program. The role develops reporting strategies, oversees program and executive‑level performance reporting, supports project‑level reporting needs, and acts as a key liaison between Project Controls and Project Financial functions to provide coordinated, decision‑ready insight. • Develop and maintain reporting policies, procedures, templates, and tools aligned with scope, cost, and schedule controls. • Establish standardized reporting workflows and manage the program reporting calendar and deliverable deadlines. • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting packages, integrating cost, cash flow, earned value, risk, and forecast data. • Create executive and board‑level reports highlighting variances, emerging risks, and recommended actions. • Identify and implement reporting automation using Power BI and enterprise data environments, and design role‑based dashboards. • Coordinate data collection, validation, and reconciliation across cost, schedule, and risk systems, ensuring traceability and audit readiness. • Serve as liaison between Project Controls, Project Financial teams, and program leadership to ensure consistent reporting narratives. • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Program Reporting Unit.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Finance or Project Management, 8+ years relevant experience, proficiency in Power BI, Primavera P6, TILOS, Visio and Microsoft Office. • Preferred qualifications: PMP or related certification, desktop publishing and graphics software experience, strong background in scheduling, project controls, data analytics, and public‑sector reporting standards.
