About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, including daily onsite attendance, showcasing units, processing lease paperwork, and supporting resident retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain model units. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed leasing goals. • Address resident complaints, requests, and support retention programs. • Assist with marketing initiatives, conduct market surveys, and stay informed on competition and market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies. • Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in varied environments.
