About the Role

The role focuses on developing code to control mechanical devices that deliver ventilation, steam, chilled water, hot water, and humidification. It also involves diagnosing and resolving programming problems, providing technical guidance for complex building automation systems, and performing emergency connections to neutralize alarms and restore operation. What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have experience with BMS/BAS control systems. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, flow charts, and control sequences, and possess strong analytical abilities to innovate solutions for complex control challenges. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with computers, and the ability to work with customers, contractors, and consultants are required. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with BMS/BAS control systems. • Demonstrate strong computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The U.S.-based, full‑time position offers a compensation range of $80,640 to $120,960 per year, including base pay and short‑term incentive. Pay within the range is adjusted based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
