About the Role
Reporting directly to the PMC Construction Director, you will maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact, conduct project progress meetings, and assist in reviewing cost, risk analyses, and extra‑work claims. You will ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies, monitor manpower deployment schedules, lead construction management efforts, assess overall planning to identify critical milestones, and develop efficient office and field procedures. Additionally, you will apply technical knowledge to conduct constructability analyses and review construction documents, leveraging pertinent contract information. • Support the Construction Director with on‑site field management for assigned packages. • Serve as primary client contact and lead project progress meetings. • Review cost, risk analyses, and extra‑work claims for client approval. • Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures. • Monitor and schedule manpower deployment across construction projects. • Lead construction management efforts to meet critical milestones. • Develop and implement efficient office and field procedures. • Apply constructability analysis and review construction documents.

What You Bring
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred) and a minimum of 20 years of experience providing construction and project management services. Proven supervisory experience on large civil/structural or infrastructure projects—such as roads, highways, bridges, or airports—in the Middle East is preferred, along with strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic. • Hold a BSc (or MSc) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 20 years of construction and project management experience, preferably in Middle‑East infrastructure projects. • Proven supervisory experience on large civil/structural projects (roads, bridges, airports). • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
