About the Role

The Senior Cyber Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) role sits within KBR’s NSS Intel division, supporting critical missions for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, NASA and other federal customers. The position is contingent, based on contract award, and will advise leadership and support decision‑makers on cyber‑intelligence matters. • Advise leadership on immediate and long‑term cyber‑intelligence developments, guiding analytical and collection responses. • Prepare, produce, and coordinate written products and briefings for senior officials and policy makers, supporting decision‑makers and special projects. • Review intelligence collection and analysis against hard targets, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and align with Unifying Intelligence Strategies. • Plan, facilitate, and conduct after‑action reviews for community sessions and outreach initiatives addressing integration matters. • Produce strategic all‑source analysis on adversary cyber strategies, doctrines, capabilities, network compromises, cyber‑attack methods and vulnerabilities. • Assess telecommunications networks, industrial control systems, navigation aids, and information‑operations impacts.

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI or Q Clearance with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (or 16 years in intelligence production). • Expertise in organizing and conducting strategic all‑source assessments by researching, evaluating, and integrating data. • Proven ability to write strategic intelligence assessments complying with ICD 203 standards and IC‑level writing proficiency. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective written and oral communication.
