About the Role

Key responsibilities include leading and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining master budgets and timelines. The Project Manager will prepare and present project reports, drawing reviews, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders throughout all phases, and will assist in selecting, contracting, and managing consultants and construction teams. Additional duties involve overseeing requisitions, change orders, and project‑related invoices, as well as providing advice to senior leadership, supervising Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering comprehensive progress reports and recommendations to senior management. • Lead project meetings, manage agendas, budgets, and timelines • Prepare and present project reports, drawing reviews, and updates • Select, contract, and manage consultants and construction teams • Oversee requisitions, change orders, and project invoices • Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators • Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies • Provide progress reports and recommendations to senior leadership

What You Bring

Successful candidates demonstrate a strong client focus, excellent relationship‑building skills, and effective verbal and written communication. They possess proven leadership ability, team‑management experience, high technical proficiency, and strong consultative and problem‑solving capabilities. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of seven years of engineering, construction, or client‑side project management experience and at least three years of supervisory experience. • Demonstrate strong client focus and relationship‑building skills • Exhibit effective verbal and written communication • Apply high technical proficiency and problem‑solving abilities • Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field • Minimum 7 years experience in engineering, construction, or client‑side project management • At least 3 years supervisory experience leading project teams
