About the Role
In this position you will use industrial‑engineering principles and data‑science methods to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement data‑driven solutions that boost productivity and reduce costs. Automation of data collection, real‑time reporting, and simulation of process changes are key components of the job. • Analyze and improve operational processes using industrial‑engineering and data‑analytics techniques. • Conduct time‑and‑motion studies to enhance efficiency and performance. • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling to uncover trends and support decision‑making. • Design, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Automate data collection and reporting to enable real‑time insights. • Perform simulations and what‑if analyses to evaluate process changes before rollout. • Lead change‑management activities to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (or equivalent), is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, and brings several years of experience in process optimisation, lean or Six‑Sigma projects. Bilingual fluency in French and English and strong analytical skills are required. • Minimum five years of experience in a similar continuous‑improvement role. • Bilingual in French and English. • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (or equivalent) and OIQ membership. • Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI or Tableau. • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six‑Sigma, or other process‑optimization methodologies. • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production‑execution systems is a plus.
