About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager‑PMCM to join our Abu Dhabi team. In this role you will support the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and cross‑functional teams while maintaining schedules, budgets, and compliance with local regulations. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones. • Monitor progress and report key performance indicators to senior management. • Conduct site visits to assess status and identify potential issues. • Prepare and review change orders, RFIs, and submittals. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges and mitigate risks. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. • Support client communications and stakeholder management. • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and closeout documentation.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. • Possess 3‑5 years of experience in project or construction management. • Proficient with project management software (Microsoft Project or Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. • Knowledge of construction industry standards and Abu Dhabi building codes; PMP certification preferred.
