About the Role
The role leads a team of engineers and designers, coordinates with other operating centers and clients, and ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budgeted hours, and to industry quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing vendor drawings, liaising with subcontractors, and overseeing project execution from feasibility through EPC. • Review mechanical, electrical, and piping drawings and provide observations (IDC). • Prepare proposals, estimate manhours, plan resources, and present project updates to management. • Independently conduct and guide in‑service and pre‑service analyses of jacket/topside structures (e.g., pushover, fatigue, loadout, lift, transportation, jack‑up, float‑over). • Provide site/field supervision and technical support as needed.

What You Bring
• Possess experience across project phases from feasibility, conceptual, FEED through EPC. • Hold a graduate engineering degree (master’s preferred) with 7+ years of relevant experience (13‑19 years total). • Demonstrate strong knowledge in analysis and design of jacket/FPSO topsides. • Experienced with SACS, GRL WEAP, SESAM, and Navisworks for 3‑D model review. • Exhibit good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and willingness to relocate.
