About the Role
The position is responsible for implementing and overseeing the supply chain process, inventory management, and investment recovery programs. The role ensures alignment with company guidelines, legal requirements, and business‑unit needs. Key responsibilities include supervising supply‑chain implementation, contract and purchase‑order management, inventory and investment recovery, and procurement execution. The role also handles change‑control processes, supply‑strategy development, supplier performance monitoring, and supports emergency response activities. • Oversee implementation of supply chain, inventory, and investment recovery processes. • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and maintain associated databases. • Ensure procurement delivers correct materials/services on time, within price and quality specifications. • Control changes to customer requirements, purchase requisitions, contracts, and resolve supplier disputes. • Execute supply strategies (demand planning, supplier strategy, stocking levels, risk mitigation). • Monitor and report supplier performance, savings, discounts, and settlements. • Support emergency response activities for business units.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science or a related field with eight years of experience, or a high‑school diploma with 10‑12 years of experience. Required skills include strong PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Asset Suite 9, Hyperion), excellent written and oral communication, analytical and project‑management abilities, and deep knowledge of Asset Suite 9 purchasing, contracts, and eSourcing tools. Preferred qualifications include prior people‑leadership experience, nuclear purchasing and contracts expertise, familiarity with Asset Suite 9 for nuclear contracts, material‑management and investment‑recovery experience, and background in engineering, maintenance, or work control. These experiences are highly valued for success in the role. • Required education/experience: BS in business/engineering/science (8 yr) or HS diploma (10‑12 yr). • Required skills: PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Asset Suite 9, Hyperion), strong communication, analytical, project management, and knowledge of Asset Suite 9 modules and eSourcing. • Preferred: people leadership, nuclear purchasing/contracts experience, material management, investment recovery, engineering/maintenance background.
