About the Role

• Conduct video‑based sales appointments with customers interested in heat pumps and clean energy solutions. • Educate and empower customers on the benefits of air source heat pumps, solar, batteries, and other green technologies. • Review customer‑provided information (photos, plans, drawings, specifications) to assess technical feasibility. • Create accurate heat loss calculations and quotations. • Convert virtual appointments into sales using a consultative, solution‑based approach. • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services where appropriate. • Manage and maintain sales pipeline via HubSpot CRM. • Collaborate closely with Planning, Operations, and Design teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. • Deliver an excellent customer experience using the Aira Sales Method.

Virtual Renewable Energy Sales Expert with Aira. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to join our Virtual Renewable Sales Team. As part of our virtual sales organisation, you will be responsible for converting online video appointments with customers who want to save money and reduce CO₂ emissions by switching to an air source heat pump and other clean energy technologies. This is a hybrid role, delivering virtual appointments rather than in‑home visits. • Confidence working with CRM systems and sales software. • Strong communication skills and comfort selling via video. • Structured and detail‑oriented way of working. • Highly results‑oriented with a strong drive to meet targets and performance KPIs. • Problem‑solving mindset and confidence handling customer questions and objections. • Experience in renewables, energy, or technical sales is beneficial but not essential. • All equipment provided (iPad, laptop, company phone, etc.).
