About the Role

The Administrator joins the front‑line delivery team, providing accommodation and pastoral support to vulnerable people upon release. The role supports allocation of bed spaces across three regions, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and provided within agreed contractual timescales, while also handling other administrative tasks for the contract. • Work with MOJ partners and internal Mears departments to allocate released prisoners to available properties within contractual timescales and appropriate risk assessments. • Coordinate with Resident Welfare Officers and the Repairs & Maintenance team to ensure bed spaces and properties are fit for purpose. • Maintain accurate records and keep Mears internal systems up‑to‑date at all times. • Record, monitor and report on the allocation of bed spaces across the service. • Support the Area Manager in maximising bed‑space occupancy.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have office and administration experience, solid database and Microsoft Office skills, and strong written and verbal communication. A customer‑focused, problem‑solving attitude and eligibility to work in the UK are essential, as the company does not offer visa sponsorship.
