About the Role

The position involves designing, planning, and communicating a global Enterprise Architecture that integrates technical and business perspectives. Responsibilities include developing IT policies, standards, and guidelines, as well as supervising the evaluation and selection of applications and technologies across the enterprise. Key duties comprise assessing the current IT landscape, recommending improvements, and staying abreast of industry trends to incorporate emerging technologies. The architect will lead the creation and execution of the Enterprise Architecture roadmap, ensuring interoperability with other domains such as infrastructure, security, and mobility. The role also requires active participation in governance councils, mapping business capabilities to applications, and driving innovation in application and technology architecture. Close collaboration with business managers, service managers, solution architects, and external suppliers is essential for managing expectations and delivering aligned IT solutions. • Represent Enterprise Architecture authority for HR, HSE, and Communications. • Design and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals. • Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and guidelines. • Evaluate and select appropriate IT applications, technologies, and solutions. • Lead implementation and modification of core IT solutions. • Analyze industry trends and integrate emerging technologies. • Ensure interoperability across business and technology domains. • Support business capability mapping and KPI assessment. • Drive governance processes and advise on IT roadmaps. • Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

What You Bring

Candidates should have more than ten years of experience with HR and HSE applications, including SAP, Workday/SuccessFactors, Adobe Experience Manager, and analytic tools. Proficiency in architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, CSVLOD, or FEAF is required, while experience with ServiceNow CMDB, SAP LeanIX, or Orbus is a plus. Strong strategic, business, risk‑management, and communication skills, along with fluency in English, are essential. • Minimum 10 years experience in HR/HSE applications (e.g., SAP, Workday/SuccessFactors, AEM, analytics). • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, CSVLOD, FEAF). • Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, SAP LeanIX, or Orbus (nice to have). • Strong strategic, business, and risk‑management skills. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. • Fluent English and ability to work in Poland; openness to international assignments.
