You will supervise design projects, review technical documents, and prepare specifications, cost estimates, and proposals while ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability. Leadership duties involve mentoring a high-performing team, allocating resources effectively, and upholding sound business principles. • Define and execute a growth vision for the Power Delivery practice • Lead business development to win new and existing client work • Deliver high-quality, profitable Power Delivery design services • Supervise design projects and review technical documents • Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and proposals • Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team • Ensure project profitability, resource allocation, and timely delivery • Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted partner • Maintain a state Professional Engineer license and adhere to industry standards

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in Power Delivery design and management, a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and a state Professional Engineer license. You must possess deep knowledge of industry standards, extensive client contacts, and proven business development and proposal writing abilities. The role offers a base salary of $130,000-$180,000 annually, eligible for performance-based bonuses. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, as the firm does not sponsor visas.
