About the Role
The Associate Director role will support client delivery and business growth for the Infrastructure Advisory service line in Ireland, operating from Dublin or Belfast and collaborating with teams across the island. The position offers an inclusive, engaging culture where individuals can own their career and thrive. As a senior leader, the Associate Director will help run the Ireland infrastructure business, ensuring service quality, people management and winning initiatives, while being accountable for health, safety and wellbeing of the teams under their responsibility. • Deliver high‑quality advisory services across transport, water and environmental resilience sectors in Ireland and Northern Ireland. • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate advisors and clients throughout all project lifecycle stages. • Create strategic assessments, business cases, operating models, governance frameworks and risk‑management strategies. • Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of project teams and adhere to applicable SOX controls. • Build and nurture long‑term client and industry partnerships to drive business development and growth. • Coach, mentor and develop staff while promoting an inclusive and collaborative culture. • Provide thought leadership to anticipate client challenges and develop sustainable solutions.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a degree in a relevant discipline and at least eight years of infrastructure advisory experience in Ireland or Northern Ireland, with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high‑quality outcomes. Professional affiliation with bodies such as APM, RICS, ICE or similar is desirable. Key personal attributes include excellent leadership, strategic thinking, strong analytical and communication skills, a creative growth mindset and a commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative environments and long‑term client relationships. • Hold a relevant degree with 8+ years of infrastructure advisory experience; professional membership (APM, RICS, ICE, etc.) is desirable.
