About the Role
You will assist the Resident Engineer and act as deputy when needed, ensuring all work complies with contract documents and operational‑maintenance standards. Supervision includes reviewing contractor submissions, issuing site instructions, and directing inspection staff while monitoring safety, material quality, and workmanship. Progress will be tracked against the program, with regular reports prepared and as‑built drawings kept accurate. • Assist and deputize for the Resident Engineer in daily project operations. • Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with contract documents and O&M standards. • Review contractor submissions, issue site instructions, and manage inspection staff. • Monitor site safety, material quality, workmanship, and progress against the schedule. • Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate as‑built drawings.

What You Bring
We are looking for a highly talented Civil Engineer to join our Roads and Infrastructure team in Dubai, UAE. The role supports the Resident Engineer by managing day‑to‑day operational functions on major projects. You will be integral to delivering high‑quality infrastructure aligned with contract requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 12 years of post‑graduate experience in site supervision and construction management of major infrastructure projects in the UAE are required. Candidates must have proven expertise in civil supervision of large road and infrastructure works, strong knowledge of contractual relationships, and full computer literacy with relevant engineering software. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 12 years of UAE infrastructure experience. • Demonstrated expertise in supervising major road and infrastructure projects in Dubai. • Proficient in engineering and construction software with strong written and oral English communication.
