About the Role

• Provide administrative support for project teams and proposal staff. • Assist in developing Project Execution Plans and Health and Safety Plans. • Implement project control processes, managing scope, budgets, schedules, profitability, and risk. • Prepare and maintain baseline schedules in collaboration with the project team. • Monitor scope creep, cost, and schedule alignment throughout each project phase. • Track resource allocation and personnel changes to ensure consistent staffing. • Measure progress against schedule baselines and forecast budgets accurately. • Identify variances and trends, reporting findings to stakeholders. • Support Project Managers with monthly schedule updates, financial forecasting, invoicing, and progress reports. • Ensure quality workmanship by delivering accurate reports, maintaining document control, and meeting project timelines.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires strong organisational and process skills, the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, and effective communication across all levels. Candidates must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and, preferably, project‑management software. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; experience with Project, Primavera, Oracle, or SAP is a plus. • Strong financial literacy for budgeting and forecasting. • Quick learner of Stantec’s project management and financial tools and processes. • Self‑starter with excellent organisational and process‑driven skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. • High attention to detail in administrative and documentation tasks. • Conscientious attitude with initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
