About the Role
The Strategy Intelligence Lead will architect, scale, and operationalize a centralized Market, Competitive, and Customer Intelligence capability within the North American Strategy & Operations organization. This function serves as the strategic nervous system, delivering insight‑driven intelligence that informs planning, investment, and growth decisions for the executive team, strategy leaders, and business units. • Define and lead the operating model, quarterly roadmap, and team structure for Strategy Intelligence. • Produce quarterly Market & Competitive Outlooks, market sizing forecasts, executive‑ready briefings, customer insight syntheses, and strategic insight packs for ELT and Board. • Serve as strategic liaison between Intelligence and Strategic Planning, CEO Office, transformation initiatives, Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing. • Build and mentor a high‑performing team of 4‑6 analysts and managers. • Manage relationships with external research vendors, tools, and benchmarking sources, and create a structured knowledge base and taxonomy. • Ensure intelligence deliverables are routinely used by strategy org and executive leaders in key decisions. • Embed a regular cadence of market intelligence deliverables into enterprise planning and communication cycles. • Evolve insights from ad‑hoc responses to proactive, predictive guidance. • Promote shared views of market, customer, and competitive context across internal teams. • Position the intelligence team as a strategic partner rather than a support function.

What You Bring
• 6‑10 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, consulting, or enterprise planning. • 5+ years of experience in the electrical technology and equipment industry with knowledge of key players and market dynamics. • Proven success standing up or maturing intelligence or insights teams. • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into actionable frameworks. • Advanced executive communication and storytelling skills. • Strong grasp of market modeling, scenario planning, and competitive strategy. • Familiarity with external data sources such as NEMA, IDC, CapIQ, McKinsey, etc.

Benefits
The position is based in the United States with a total compensation range of $203,200 to $304,800 per year, which includes base salary and short‑term incentive. Pay is determined by performance, knowledge, skills, experience and education.
