Production Sanitation- 3rd Shift
Sanitize production areas, labs, and warehouse; maintain cleanliness and documentation.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Sanitize production rooms, controlled environments, laboratory areas (chemistry, bio/micro) and sterility suites following established procedures. • Clean and scrub machines, tables, counters, trash containers, component bins, conveyors, and processing equipment in both dry and wet areas. • Mop and scrub floors, doors, walls, and ceilings; operate ride‑on floor scrubber in warehouse and production aisles. • Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors, and facility building, grounds, lighting, and parking lots. • Gather and remove trash, debris, cardboard, tape, shrink wrap, paper, and damaged product from production and laboratory areas. • Perform pre‑operation swabbing and daily hygiene checks throughout the warehouse. • Document and verify sanitation activities supporting Food Safety & Quality Assurance programs. • Work from aerial equipment up to 40 feet above ground and maintain plant cleanliness, including emptying scrap bins and cleaning compactor areas. • Report daily to the Sanitation Supervisor and interface with employees, USDA officials, and QA/QC personnel. • Contribute to a positive work environment and actively participate in team‑building within the sanitation staff.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $14.45 to $17.00 per hour and includes eligibility for health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
