About the Role

The Project Manager represents Cushman & Wakefield on projects, leads teams, and oversees all aspects of the project in accordance with signed contractual obligations while maintaining cordial client relations to avoid escalations. The role involves comprehensive stakeholder management, efficient site operations, rigorous documentation control, and financial ownership of the project P&L to ensure profitability. • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. • Lead stakeholder management with authority and confidence. • Ensure efficient site operations, meet project milestones and cash flow targets. • Govern project documentation across all stages and audits. • Own project P&L, drive profitability through invoicing and client payments. • Review and improve workplace systems and processes; develop operational standards, playbooks, and manuals. • Work extended hours during peak periods or major events as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent certification such as PMP or NICMAR, with at least one to two complete building construction projects, preferably institutional, and ideally experience in a project management consultancy. • Possess extensive greenfield project experience covering full project lifecycle. • Hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, PMP certification, or NICMAR qualification. • Completed 1–2 end‑to‑end building construction projects, preferably institutional. • Experience with project management consultancy is preferred. • Technical knowledge of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works. • Demonstrate excellent organizational, motivational, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
