What You Bring

Candidates should have a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience (or 3–4 years of rental experience) and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Strong leadership, communication, P&L understanding, and outside‑sales negotiation skills are essential, while construction or industrial market knowledge is a plus. The role requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds, and may involve indoor and outdoor work.
