What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with a variety of construction and industrial tools. Experience in equipment rental, excellent customer service and telephone skills, solid computer abilities, and completion of DOT qualification are preferred, with bilingual ability valued in some locations. • Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service and telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of DOT qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
