About the Role

Under general supervision, this role provides data analysis, assessment, reporting, and recommendations to support departmental workflow, customer service, improvement, and work quality. The position involves monitoring workflow, tracking issues, ensuring timely project completion, and participating in special and cross‑functional projects. • Serve as subject‑matter expert for assigned functions. • Prepare data summary reports, identify trends, and advise management. • Resolve internal and external issues, tracking them to resolution. • Monitor overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily tasks. • Assist with special projects and cross‑functional team initiatives. • Ensure accuracy and quality of departmental processes and outputs. • Identify risk areas when new or modified processes are implemented. • Recommend continuous‑improvement changes and updates. • Evaluate and improve training methods and materials; develop training as needed. • Perform repetitive motions with eye, hand, and foot coordination.
