About the Role

In this position you will support the BMS product portfolio by providing technical, commercial, and pricing assistance to channel account managers, area sales managers, and field engineers. Responsibilities include attending customer meetings and QBRs, nurturing managed accounts, troubleshooting order or quality issues, delivering internal product presentations, and traveling to manufacturing sites or customer locations for training and shadowing. You will also manage opportunity pipelines in the CRM, create Power BI dashboards, and promote usage of the Solution Navigator portal. • Provide technical, commercial, and pricing support to BMS sales teams and customers. • Attend and contribute to customer‑facing meetings, quarterly business reviews, and product presentations. • Develop and maintain relationships with managed accounts to generate new business and gather feedback. • Troubleshoot order, quality, pricing, and product selection issues for customers. • Travel quarterly to manufacturing/testing facilities and customer sites for training and sales shadowing. • Manage sales pipeline and account data in the CRM; create Power BI reports and dashboards. • Promote and support adoption of the Solution Navigator online ordering portal.

The ACE program is an 18‑month sales development initiative that equips recent graduates with technical and sales expertise for the Building Management Systems (BMS) business unit. Participants receive intensive training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience to prepare for impactful sales roles. The first six months of the program are based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Glendale suburb). After that, trainees relocate to a permanent location in the U.S. Southeast (Atlanta, GA or Florida), Mountain (Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT), Pacific (California) or Northeast (Boston, MA or New York metropolitan area). The role blends sales fundamentals, outside‑sales skills, customer relationship building, and product knowledge across controls, fire detection, and security solutions. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree—preferably in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or computer engineering—and be slated to graduate between April and June 2026. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization, willingness to start in Milwaukee and later relocate, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and ability to travel up to 20 %.
