About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support daily operations of an office property or portfolio, acting as the administrative leader in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager. You will collaborate with tenants, vendors and engineers while developing financial reporting skills, positioning the role as a springboard to future leadership in property management. • Respond to tenant communications and service requests promptly, ensuring effective issue resolution. • Process invoices, track budgets, and prepare monthly operating reports. • Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors. • Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and verify safety compliance. • Assist with lease administration, including document preparation and tenant move‑in coordination. • Facilitate tenant events and building communications to boost community engagement.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field. • Obtain a Real Estate license within six months of hire. • Bring 1–2 years of property management experience with proven tenant‑relations success. • Demonstrate 1–2 years of budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting experience. • Exhibit strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Possess problem‑solving skills to handle challenging situations diplomatically. • Preferred: Experience in commercial property management and familiarity with Yardi, MRI or similar software.
