Join JLL Technologies' PDS Engineering Group as a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer and help shape the future of commercial real‑estate technology. You will build cutting‑edge software solutions that enable our global partners and clients to be more innovative, resilient, and progressive. Your work will span the entire software development lifecycle and will be deployed at global scale across JLL’s worldwide operations. • Lead architectural decisions for PDS Project Management platforms across multiple teams • Define and enforce engineering standards for code quality, maintainability, and best practices • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and mentor engineers of all experience levels • Remove blockers, enable team autonomy, and foster innovation through experimentation • Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to align technology with objectives • Drive cross‑functional initiatives, resolve technical debt, and improve development workflows • Evaluate technical feasibility of new features and strategic initiatives

What You Bring
Our modern technology ecosystem includes Microsoft Azure as the cloud platform, .NET, C#, Python, and MS SQL Server on the backend, and HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/LESS/SASS with React and Angular for the frontend. Additional capabilities such as Azure Functions and AI/ML are also leveraged. • Require 10+ years building large‑scale enterprise applications with expert Microsoft Azure architecture • Deep expertise in .NET/C#, Python, MS SQL Server, Azure Functions, and modern front‑end (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, Angular) • Proven technical leadership, test‑driven development, CI/CD, monitoring, and agile delivery experience • Preferred experience with generative AI/ML engineering and PropTech industry knowledge
