About the Role
You will act as the primary interface with the Latimer Commercial and Procurement Team and contribute to the commercial strategy and business plan for successful project delivery. The role also involves providing strategic advice to translate business‑plan aspirations into deliverable outcomes and leading the sourcing of external investment, joint‑venture partners, and build partners. • Support Project Leadership through governance sign‑off gates (planning, sales, leasing, budgeting, contracting). • Serve as primary liaison with Latimer Commercial and Procurement teams. • Contribute to commercial strategy and business plan for project delivery. • Provide strategic advice to convert business‑plan goals into actionable outcomes. • Lead sourcing of external investment, joint‑venture partners, and build partners. • Apply a pragmatic, critical approach with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate takes a pragmatic and critical approach, demonstrates strong commercial awareness and attention to detail, and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the Greater London office and occasional travel to project sites, such as Colchester. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and adhere to Clarion’s AI usage guidelines. Benefits
